Youth Council

“Empowering Xatśūll youth to lead, create, and have their voices heard.”

The Xatśūll Youth Council gives our young people a voice in shaping the future of our community. It provides opportunities for youth to develop leadership skills, share ideas, and take part in decision-making that impacts Xatśūll.

Members of the Youth Council work together to plan and host community events, promote cultural and recreational activities, and speak up on issues that matter to youth. They also represent Xatśūll at regional gatherings and leadership events, building confidence and connections along the way.

The goal of the Youth Council is to empower our youth, encourage positive role models, and strengthen pride in who we are as Xatśūll people.
